|Recommended: YesParty Saturday august 4 th — I can't believe that the office would rent the lanai and the pool to a tenent or so he claims. The music is loud and I feel sorry for the people living poolside I'm sure they didn't sign up for this nonsense
|Recommended: YesNew, roomy, clean, good amenities and appliances. — Very few social activities. Multi lingual. In a year since opening, salon not operational, theater gets very little use as I suspect the equipment is hard to operate and no instructions are posted. Community room, computer room, fitness room and theater are locked on weekends unless you request a key. Lawn service people always blow the clippings, etc. all over your autos.
|Recommended: YesIt has some issues but it's a new property — It's a nice facility but the clientele is a bit scary at times . The employees are very nice and attentive.. I don't feel it's completely safe for a handicap person especially if power goes out , access to the bldg stops for family members if there should be an emergency, phone stops working so there is no way for assistance in an emergency without power. I assumed a facility advertising handicap accessible would have a generator in this type of emergencies. Doors that are supposed to be safe are sometimes broken by residents allowing anyone access without key fob. These are issues that are not in the employees control , they do attend to things very rapidly when possible.
